This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for digital products purchased through this website.


Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • ebooks
  • PDFs
  • digital guides or journals
  • bonus materials
  • downloadable or printable content
  • audio files
  • character extras
  • exclusive digital editions
  • any other instant-access digital products

Because digital items cannot be returned, all sales are final.


Accidental Purchases

If you purchased a digital product by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded it, contact me within 24 hours and I will review the situation. https://www.tidewoven.world/say-hello/


Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact me and I will issue a refund for the duplicate charge as long as both transactions can be verified.


Technical Issues

If you experience problems downloading or opening a digital product:

  1. Email me with the order number
  2. Describe the issue
  3. Attach screenshots if possible

I will send a fresh download link or alternative format whenever possible.
A refund may be issued only if the issue cannot be resolved.


Merchandise

If physical merchandise such as stickers, prints, or apparel becomes available in the future, a separate refund policy for physical goods will be posted at that time.
